Shoulder, Elbow, and Knee Surgical Procedures
About
Non-operative Treatment
Our goal is to help you return to your activities and sports, by using the least invasive treatment possible. Non-operative treatment is generally recommended as a first-line treatment and can include activity modifications, anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, and injections.
Surgical Treatment
We will discuss all treatment options are your visits, and will go in greater detail about surgical treatments if symptoms persist despite non-operative treatment. Through a joint decision-making process, we will explain the surgery, risks, and benefits, and we will recommend surgery if we believe that the potential benefits outweigh the risks.
